Winlog.med Validation is a specialized Windows application designed to plan, execute, and document validation of thermal and hygiene processes in medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory environments. It works with compatible temperature, humidity, and pressure data loggers to configure measurement runs, analyze cycles, and generate audit-ready reports for equipment such as sterilizers, washer-disinfectors, incubators, refrigerators, and cold rooms.

The software supports validation workflows and helps teams demonstrate process control and data integrity. It includes secure user management, detailed audit trails, and electronic signatures to support compliance with common regulatory expectations (for example, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) when properly configured.

Key features:

  • Guided validation workflows with reusable templates and checklists
  • Multi-channel data acquisition from compatible loggers
  • Automatic calculations, including F0/A0, max/min/mean, hold times, and deviations
  • Limit profiles with pass/fail evaluation and alarm highlighting
  • Calibration management and probe correction factors with traceability
  • Configurable reports (PDF/print) with summaries, raw data, graphs, and signatures
  • Role-based access control, electronic signatures, and tamper-evident audit trails
  • Unit and language options for global teams

Typical uses include steam sterilizer/autoclave qualification, washer-disinfector verification, environmental mapping of storage areas, and cold-chain transport validation.
